孤独症是一种病因尚未明朗的心理、生理疾病。心理学上的研究是目前帮助孤独症康复的唯一有效的方法。游戏是儿童的主要活动,孤独症儿童在游戏方面表现出了很大的缺陷,游戏治疗是孤独症儿童心理治疗的有效手段,有着广泛的临床适应性和应用前景。亲子游戏是游戏治疗主要的治疗方案。
