国有企业是国民经济的支柱,国有大型企业集团的发展引领着整个国民经济的发展趋势,然而,目前我国国有企业集团还存在诸多问题,其原因是企业集团治理不够完善,如股权关系不合理、组织结构不科学、母子公司管控机制不健全、政府与企业之间的关系没有理顺,本文就以上四个方面对国有企业集团的治理问题进行分析和探讨。
