激光照射下SiC纳米颗粒原位生成晶须的试验

摘要 以激光为热源,以SiC纳米颗粒材料为前驱体,进行了激光照射下SiC纳米颗粒原位生长晶须的试验,探索S iC晶须在激光照射下稳定生长的工艺参数及其生长过程。研究了所得三种晶须的生长过程,分析了PVB、PVA和CMC三种粘结剂以及激光参数对晶须生长的影响。 In - situ growth of SiC nano - whiskers by direct laser gated in this paper. Process parameters of laser and steady growth irradiation on SiC nano - particles was investiconditions of SiC nano - whiskers by laser irradiation were explored. Growth process of three kinds of whisker was researched. And three binders of PVB, PVA and CMC the effect of laser parameters on the growth of whiskers was analyzed.
