6-甲基苯并噻唑哌嗪的合成研究

摘要 通过两种合成氮上联有杂环芳基苯并噻唑的哌嗪化合物方法的比较,最终确定以对甲基苯胺为起始原料,通过取代、消去、环合等三步完成6-甲基苯并噻唑哌嗪,大大缩短反应时间,提高了反应收率。 In this paper, we compared two methods synthesis benzene and thiazole - piperazine compounds, and finally,used 6 -methylaniline as the starting raw materials, through Replace,elimination and Central etc three steps synthesis the target compound : 6 - methyl benzothiazolyl piperazine, greatly reduce reaction time and improved the yield of reaction.
