摘要
长期进行健身跑可以改善中年女性知识分子的体质状况,降低体脂率,改善心肺机能,对提高中年女性知识分子的上肢力量及心肺功能,增加躯干、腰、髋部柔韧性具有一定的促进作用。
Jogging for a long time can hnprove physique conditions of female middle - aged intellectual, reduce the body fat rate of them, and improve the function of heart and lung. It has certain promoter action in enhancing the upper llmb strength and cardiopulmonary function of female middle-aged intellectual, and incresing their flexibility of torso, waist, hip.
