摘要
为探索在制造系统重组过程中,如何根据生产任务选择合适的设备,该文首先结合实际情况,提出了1套设备选择评价体系。考虑到判断信息的模糊性,应用模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重系数,针对定性指标和定量指标,采用不同的方法确定其属于合适评价等级的隶属度。在模糊综合评价过程中,由于模糊算子对信息的取舍均带有一定的倾向性,为抑制其偏激,首先分别采用5种模糊算子进行综合评价,然后根据评价的结果,将可信度较高的3种模糊算子所得的结果加权平均,作为最终评价结果,以提高评价结果的可靠性。实例研究证实:该文所提出的方法能够有效简化决策过程。
In order to put forward an efficient way to select the most appropriate machine tools among the alternative according to the production task, the paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for machine tool selection. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the criteria on account of the fuzziness of the information. The different ways to determine the membership of the alternative with respect to qualitative and quantitative criteria are discussed respectively. Different fuzzy operator represents different information handling principles. If one algorithm is used, some information is lost and deviation is inevitable. In the paper, a two-grade fuzzy synthetic evaluation system is developed, which can decrease the deviation greatly. In the process of the evaluation, five different fuzzy algorithms are used to evaluate the alternative synthetically, and their reliabilities are ordered according to the principle of least squares method. Three fuzzy algorithms which have higher reliabilities are selected, and their results are synthesized with a simple weighted addition to improve the reliability of the evaluation. The effectiveness of the way is demonstrated by an example. The evaluation model for machine tool selection put forward in the paper provides an effective way of selecting machine tools in the reconfiguration of the manufacturing system.
