浅谈地理信息资源产权

Discussion on Geographic Information Resources Property Right

在中国地理信息系统协会组织的"我国地理信息产业政策研究"项目研究的基础上,围绕地理信息资源产权的政策问题,浅谈了产权与地理信息资源产权、地理信息资源产权的结构及其功能,以及对我国地理信息资源产权政策的建议等三方面的内容。

Based on the research findings of the project ＂Study on Geographic Information Industry Policy in China＂ organized by Chinese Association for Geographic Information System （CAGIS）, considering the issues of policy on geographic information resources property right, property right and geographic information resources property right, the structure and the function of geographic information resources property right, and the suggestions of policy on geographic information resources property right are discussed in this paper.
