摘要 提出了1种求解配电网开关优化配置问题的二进制粒子群(PSO)算法。该算法通过对开关设备总投资、年运行费用和年停电损失费用等优化计算,以达到综合年费最少的角度,确定了1种开关配置方案。仿真计算表明,二进制PSO算法相对于遗传算法和免疫算法等搜索方法而言,具有更好的全局收敛性,且算法简单,是求解配电网开关优化配置问题一种有效方法。 The paper introduces the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, used to resolve the problem of switch installing optimization. The algorithm makes calculation including total expenses of switch equipments, year-running expenses, year-loss caused by power failure optimize, so that comprehensive expenses attains minimum, and determines a scheme about switch installing. The simulation shows that binary PSO algorithm has better whole convergence and simpler, compared with genetic algorithm and immunologic algorithm. It is an effective method to resolve the problem of switch installing optimization in Distributing Network.
