摘要
对变电站倒闸操作中的若干影响系统安全运行的问题进行了分析,提出了操作中应主要考虑的因素及如何从操作上防止事故的措施,为保证系统安全运行提供了条件。
Some problems that effect security operating during switching operation have been analysed in this paper. It proposes the considing problems and proventive measures on switching operation. These measures are the guarantee of safety operating for electric power system.
