摘要
从真空中的麦克斯韦方程组与毕—萨定律出发,用简要方式说明在似稳情况下可忽略位移电流激发的磁场,但似稳条件仅仅是理想准静态的近似,证明指出"真空中位移电流与传导电流同等地激发磁场"有客观正确性.
According to Maxwell equations and Biot-Savar law, the magnetic fields generated by displacement current may be omitted in quasi-static case, which has been proved by a brief method However, the statement that the displacement current generates magnetic field in the same manner as an actual current is not wrong. In this paper, the items omitted in the' simple example' are pointed out, serving as an explanation.
