手术捆扎处理门脉高压症胃底静脉瘤样曲张的意义

Transfixation of the Gastric Fundal Phlebangioma-like Venous Varices in Portal Hypertension Patients

目的总结手术捆扎门脉高压症胃底静脉瘤样曲张团块的疗效。方法门脉高压症胃底静脉瘤样曲张团块患者6例,行全麻下脾切除,胃底食道周围静脉离断术,然后“8”字缝扎胃底瘤样曲张团块,共缝扎4-8道。结果术后所有胃底瘤样曲张静脉团块消失,经6-18个月随访,未再发生出血。结论手术捆扎处理门脉高压症胃底静脉瘤样曲张团块不但必要,而且简便易行,疗效可靠。

Objective To investigate the effect transfixation of the gastric fundal phlebangioma-like venous varices in portal hypertension patients. Methods 6 patients with gastric fundal phlebangioma-like venous varices in portal hypertension were treated by transfixation. It was done under general anaesthsia,the phlebangioma-like venous varices were transfixated by ＂8＂ shape after oesophageal and gastric fundic peripheral vein mutilation. Results All the phlebangioma-like venous varices disappeared after operation, no rebleeding happened during 6 to 18 months follow-up. Conclusions It is a simple and effective therapy of transfixation for the gastric fundic phlebangioma-like venous varices.
