Parietal Cell Vagotomy for Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer and Its Complications

目的总结壁细胞迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠溃疡及其并发症的疗效。方法1992年3月至2006年8月间采用壁细胞迷走神经切断术治疗50例十二指肠溃疡及其并发症患者,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果无手术死亡,术后发生吞咽困难1例,粘连性肠梗阻1例,并发症发生率4%,复发2例（4%）。手术疗效评价V isickⅠ-Ⅱ级为92%,Ⅲ-Ⅳ级者为8%。结论壁细胞迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠溃疡及其并发症安全有效。

Objective To conclude the effect of parietal cell vagotomy for duodenal ulcer and its complications. Methods The clinical data was analyzed retrospectively in 50 cases with duodenal ulcer and its complications receiving parietal cell vagotomy from March 1992 to August 2006. Results No perioperative death. After operation, 2 ocurred complications as dysphagia in 1 ,and adhesive ileus in 1. 2 patients relapsed. The rate of Visick Ⅰ to Ⅱ stage was 92%, and Ⅲ to Ⅳ stage was 8%. Conclusion Parietal cell vagotomy is effective and safe for duodenal ulcer and its complications.
