摘要
植物纤维发泡包装材料是一种环境友好型的新型包装材料。对该包装材料的干燥工艺和水分移动机理进行了研究。选择了三种干燥方案,分析研究结果表明:植物纤维发泡材料的干燥经历了等速和减速的干燥过程,其临界含水率为237.5%(db);如果干燥初期材料本身的温度太高,会引起材料结构的破坏;在高温作用下形成的表面硬结严重影响了水分的蒸发,利用水热原理可以消除或缓解,从而可加速干燥的进行。
The EPFBW1 is a new type of environmental friendly packing material. In this paper, research on moisture moving mechanism and drying technology of the EPFBW was conducted. 3 kinds of drying plan were chosen, the results showed that all of them experienced constant rate drying stage and then decelerating rate drying process, the critical moisture content is 237.5%; Too higher temperature at beginning drying stage would destory the structure of sample; The high temperature during drying process would make surface layer harden which would obstruct moisture to move seriously but could be alleviated by combination of water and heat.
