摘要
利用ANSYS分析软件对天津飞机库钢结构平移门门扇的应力、变形和振动模态进行结构计算分析。在保证结构刚度和强度的同时,降低结构重量,门扇的最大弯曲应力低于材料的屈服应力,且抗震性能良好。
The wing of the steel translation door of Tianjin Hangar is directly excited by shock waves and other random disturbances. To secure its stability,the static and dynamic characteristic of the wing are analyzed by finite element method. The stresses and displacements of the wing are calculated numerically. The door is larger in stiffness and strength, lower in weight. The natural frequencies and modes of the door are also presented. The results show that the door's maximum flexural stress is lower than its yielding limit stress, and it's good enough to avoid the structure response with a seismic shock.
