摘要
某工厂吊车梁下部水平支撑反复出现破坏,利用有限单元法,尽可能真实地模拟吊车梁实际受力状况,分析了水平支撑产生破坏的原因,提出了拆除垂直支撑以降低水平支撑内力的处理措施。经过处理,吊车梁目前状态良好。
The repeated used to simulate the actual analyzed;it was proposed horizontal braces. After the failures occurred at the lower horizontal braces for a crane beam in a plant, FEM was forced state of the crane beams the reason of the damages to the horizontal braces was the measures of removing the vertical braces to decrease the internal forces of the treatment the crane beam'is now in a good working condition.
