基因芯片在宫颈癌研究中的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一。世界范围内每年大约有50万新发病例,在导致女性死亡的肿瘤中,宫颈癌居第二位,我国宫颈癌的发病率有逐年上升的趋势,且呈年轻化。DNA芯片为研究肿瘤发生发展中的基因开关及表达程度提供了强有力的工具,利用它可随时获取肿瘤细胞生长各期与肿瘤生长相关基因的表达模式,因此基因芯片技术已大量用于宫颈癌基因表达的研究。
