摘要
针对中国石化金陵分公司1.30Mt/a重油催化裂化装置再生斜管过渡段等特殊部位多次出现红斑等衬里问题,分析其原因如下:(1)施工不均匀;(2)施工工期过短,使斜管衬里预制部分和现场施工部分没有较好的过渡;(3)再生斜管运行条件恶劣;(4)特殊部位衬里的材质无法满足生产需要。提出了相应的改造对策:(1)适应生产工艺要求,提高衬里材质的品级;(2)部署、组织施工,提高施工过程中的各项技术水平;(3)优化工艺操作条件;(4)密切观察运行时的再生斜管。改造效果好。
The regenerated catalyst line and other SINOPEC Jinling Company experienced lining spalling special areas of a 26,000 b/d heavy oil FCC unit in of large area and hot wall problems. The causes of spalling concluded in the analysis are improper construction, too short construction period and poor transition of construction technology and construction organization, optimizing operating conditions and closely monitoring catalyst line operation.
