摘要
采用有限元软件ABAQUS6.4对某炼油厂高温服役的烟气管道进行了数值模拟分析,得到管道服役时的应力、位移和力矩分布图,讨论了导致该管道产生较大变形及力矩的原因,并由此提出了两个改进的技术方案,在分析比较模拟计算结果的基础上确定了最优方案。
The numerical simulation analysis on the FCC flue gas duct in a petroleum refinery was performed by using a finite element software ABAQUS6.4. The stress, displacement and moment distribution of the pipeline in service were obtained, and the causes of large deformation and moment of the duct were discussed. Two modified schemes were presented, and the optimal scheme was determined on the basis of analysis of numerical calculation results.
