摘要
由洛阳石油化工工程公司、胜利油田股份公司联合开发的新型高效间接加热炉,采用高效相变传热技术,以降低排烟温度和减少换热面积;优选应用热媒添加剂,以降低壳体的操作压力;应用高效燃烧器,以降低燃料燃烧的过剩空气系数和不完全燃烧损失;采用自动调节和自动控制系统,提高自动化控制水平。该间接加热炉已在胜利油田股份公司得到工业应用,结果表明:新型高效间接加热炉热效率达到93%以上,钢材耗量小于6t/MW;生产操作调节实现了自动化,整体技术水平达到国际领先水平。
The innovative high-efficiency fire tube indirect heater was developed by Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation. The flue gas emission temperature and the heat transfer surface can be reduced by utilizing the advanced high-efficiency variable-phase heat transfer technology. The operation pressure inside shell is reduced by optimizing application of heat media additive. By using high-efficiency burner, the excess air coefficient and the loss of incomplete combustion are lowered. In addition, the development and application of automatic adjustment and control system have enhanced the automatic control level. The high-efficiency fire tube indirect heater has been successfully applied in the commercial facilities in Shengli Oil Field. The com- mercial operation results show that the comprehensive efficiency is above 93%. The steel requirement is less than 6 t/MW. The system is automatically operated. The technology is at the front-edge of the world.
