摘要
探讨了加氢反应流出物空冷器管路系统的腐蚀、结垢机理,重点探讨了使用XGF-3空冷器缓蚀阻垢剂对高压空冷器出口温度及分布均衡力的影响。结果表明,该复合型多硫化钠类缓蚀阻垢剂对空冷器内硫化物、氰化物起最大限度的防腐作用,保证空冷器出口温度不上升,且几组空冷器管束温度分布极为均匀,对产品质量及生产操作无不良影响,从而保证了装置运行的平稳性。
The mechanism of corrosion and fouling in hydrocracker reactor effluent air coolers was studied. The impact of application of XGF-3 corrosion fouling inhibitor on outlet temperature of hlgh-pressure air cooler and even temperature distribution was analyzed. The results exhibit that the compound sodium polysulfide corrosion fouling inhibitor has excellent corrosion prevention performance against sulfides and cyanides in air cooler. The temperature distribution in cooler is uniform. The application has no impact on product quality and operation and is good for long-term reliable unit operation.
