摘要
考察了N,N'间-苯撑双马来酰亚胺(PDM)的用量对橡胶-镀锌钢丝粘合性能的影响,结果表明:PDM的加入能显著提高橡胶与镀锌钢丝的粘合性能;当PDM用量为1份左右时,老化前后粘合性能最好;PDM的加入改善了硫化胶的力学性能,同时表现出良好的抗硫化返原性和抗疲劳性能。
The effect of different PDM loading on adhesion of rubber to galvanized steel cord was studied. The results show that PDM can enhance the bonding strength of rubber to galvanized steel cord significantly. The adhesion properties before and after aging is optimum when PDM content is 1 phr. PDM can improve mechanical properties of the vulcanizates and show effective anti-recovery curing property. In addition, the vulcanizates with PDM have good compression fatigue properties.
