摘要
基于对公交满意度评价的必要性进行深入分析,提出了评价的指标体系。建立模糊评价模型,采用熵权与主观权重相结合的方法确定各个评价指标的权重值,避免了传统评价模型主观赋权的局限性。运用该模型对评价对象的公交满意度进行评价,在实际运用中取得了满意的效果。
On the basis of analyzing the necessity of the evaluation of public ‘transportation＇ s satisfaction degree, the index system of evaluation is put forward, A fuzzy synthetic evaluation model is established, and the evaluation index weight is determined by comprehensive using the entropy weight and the subjective weight, which can avoid the limits of typical evaluation＇ s subjective weight. The model is applied to evaluate the satisfaction degree of the evaluated object, and satisfying results are obtained in practical application.
