摘要
指出当前我国城市住宅区规划中的小区模式的缺陷和给城市发展带来的问题,分析了适宜居住的规划原则,提出了以邻里街区的规划结构模式代替小区模式的观点,并对街区的结构规模做了初步的探讨。
This paper points out the defects currently existing in the planning of Chinese urban residential areas and the problems brought about to Chinese urban development. The authors analyze planning principles appropriate for living and comes up with the idea that the model of current residential areas should be replaced by neighborhood block structure. The paper also makes a prdiminary exploration on the size of neighborhood block.
