摘要
结合我国建立必要的石油战略储备的必要性,分析了地下水封储油库的原理,探讨了国外地下水封储油库的发展现状,对我国地下水封储油库的发展进行了展望,以促进地下水封储油库在我国的应用,从而搞好我国的石油储备工作。
