Experiment and application of post grouting technology of cast-in-place bored piles

结合工程概况,简单介绍了试桩方案及钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术,从压浆阀制作及安装、压注水泥浆、灌注桩工艺流程几方面阐述了后压浆技术方案,并分析了其试桩检测结果及技术经济效果,论述了其质量保证措施,以推广该项技术的运用。

Combined with general engineering situations pile test scheme and post grouting technique of cast-in-place bored piles are briefly introduced. From the fabrication and installation of grouting valve, grouting construction of cement, technological process of bored concrete pile and other aspects the scheme of post grouting technology is elaborated. Test results and techno-economic effects are analyzed. In the end quality assurance measures are discussed, in order to promote the application of this technology.
