摘要
基于我国公路建设中业主、监理和承包商三者间的关系,分析了目前我国公路建设监理的现状及根源,并提出了一些建议,从而完善其监理制度,使监理制在我国的公路建设中发挥更大的作用。
Based on the relationship of owner, supervisor and contractor in road construction, the existing condition and root were analyzed on presently road construction in our country, and some advice was put forward, so the supervision system was perfected, it will make good use in road construction in our country.
