摘要
从业主的角度,以建设项目全寿命周期管理为出发点,结合我国建筑市场的特点,提出了工程造价全过程动态控制的措施,对研究如何降低工程造价起到补充及完善的作用。
Started with the angle of owners and taking life cycle management of construction project as the starting point, this paper proses the measure for overall dynamic control of construction cost combined with the characteristics of our construction market, which has the significance to supplement and perfect the way to reduce construction cost.
