以公路工程项目成本管理作为研究对象,通过对当前公路工程施工中普遍使用的成本管理方法进行科学分析和研究,总结出了公路施工企业成本控制管理科学,对指导施工安排、科学统筹施工作业具有积极的指导意义。

Taking highway construction project cost management as the object of study, this paper summarizes cost control and management science in highway construction enterprise though analyzing and studying cost management methods common used in current highway engineering construction, which has guiding significances for construction arrangement and scientific planning of construction operation.
