摘要
教师教学质量评估是保证高校教学质量的重要的举措。在评估教师教学质量的六项具体内容中,不一定每项都对教师教学质量评价有显著影响,并且各项内容之间也可能存在很强的相关性。为了使高校教学质量评估更加民主、更加科学合理,排除人为主观因素的干扰,运用逐步回归分析的方法来建立教学评估的合理模型[1]。通过这个模型的计算,分析影响教学质量的关键因素,找到提高教学质量的有效途径。
The evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality is the important measure of guaranteeing the teaching quality of undergraduate for a long time,In all the content of evaluation teaching quality,there are a lot of items have obvious effect on evaluation teaching quality,the others have not,and there are strongly correlation in all the item.To avoid subjective effects and get a reasonable and democratic result,we have formed a systematic model by stepwise.Meanwhile,we can get the main factors of the teaching quality by the model computation and find the effective way to a improve teaching quality.
