摘要
与普高及高职学生相比,中职学生是更需要社会关爱的弱势群体,这已成为社会的共识。正因为中职学生这种特殊性,以及中职教育的特殊性,决定了中职校班主任专业化成长的特殊性。中职校班主任专业成长的关键是精神素质成长,决定精神素质的是文化和价值观,中职校班主任专业的内涵昭示并决定了爱应该是其文化和价值观的核心部分,无疑爱是引领中职校班主任专业化成长的原动力。
Students in middle vocational school are group of the vulnerable compared with those in general high schools and senior vocational schools. It has already become social consensus. The particularity of the middle vocational education and vocational students decides the particularity of the professional growth for head-teachers. The key of this is growth in spirit quality which is decided by culture and the view on values. The particularity of the head-teachers' specialty dec'ides that love is the core part of culture and the view on values. Therefore love is the motive power to guide head-teachers being professional in middle vocational school.
