大规模定制模式下物料供应流程的研究

Research on material supply under the mode of mass customization

本文以大规模定制模式下物料供应流程控制为研究内容,以实现大规模定制企业在物料供应阶段节约成本、提高效率为目标。首先将大规模定制企业所需零部件进行分类,然后针对于不同的零部件采用不同的供应方式。对于外购件还要研究供应商选择问题以及供应商关系维护,以此来降低供应成本提高商品利润空间。

The content of my research is the control of material supply process under the mode of mass customization. My research aims at cost saving and efficiency improving for mass customization enterprises in supplying materials. First I will classify the parts needed by mass customization enterprises, and then use different modes of supply in response to different parts. In regarding to the outsoureing parts, I also have to study the choice of suppliers and supplier relationship maintenance in order to reduce the cost of supply and increase profit space.
