服务型企业“走出去”模式的服务贸易发展策略

摘要 服务型企业"走出去"模式选择是我国服务业国际化战略的核心组成部分。从分析我国服务型企业"走出去"的动因入手,构建了一个服务型企业"走出去"模式决策的理论分析模型,对如何选择适合中国服务型企业"走出去"模式进行了初步探讨。并通过分析得出,近几年来,服务外包、跨国公司业务离岸化、服务企业对外直接投资等服务业国际转移方式的迅猛发展使得服务企业成为推动服务贸易发展的关键要素和内在动力。 The "going abroad" model of Service firms is a core aspect for international strategy. This study establishes an analytical model for "going abroad" choice through analyzing the cause of "going abroad". A primary discussion is made on how to choose Chinese - characterized "going abroad" model for Chinese enterprises. Furthermore, in the last few years, the fast development of international service transfers, such as service outsourcing, off shore business in muhinational corporation and FDI in service industry, has made service industry become a key factor and internal driver that push the service trade developing.
