Study on How to Plan Urbanization Development as a whole in Hebei

河北省城市化进程存在许多困难和问题,包括城乡二元制度、城乡居民贫困、教育差距明显和资源短缺等。针对这些问题,文章提出统一城乡制度和政策、统一规划城乡经济发展、统一城乡教育体系和统一城乡保障体系等对策。

There are many problems during urbanization in Hebei, such as dualistic system in urban and rural areas, poverty of urban and rural citizen, gap between urban and rural education, resource shortage, etc. In allusion to these problems, we should promote the unification of the urban and rural in system and policy, economic development, educational system and social security system.
