高等院校经管类专业实践教学方案的规划与设计

Planning & Designing of Practice Teaching Program for the Students Majoring in Business Management in Universities

以高等院校人才培养的系统运动过程为出发点,构建了知识、能力、素质协调发展目标下的总体人才培养方案框架,在此基础上确定了实践教学方案设计的基本原则和总体思路,对实践教学方案的设计与论证进行了具体的分析,并提出了实践教学方案实施的配套教学文件体系,为高等学校实践教学工作的开展和实验室建设规划与论证提供了有益的参考。

Based on the systematic teaching process in universities, this study establishes a talent training-program which coordinates the development of knowledge, ability and quality. The basic principle and overall plan of practice teaching program are established, and the concrete design and demonstration of practical teaching program are analyzed. The authors also provide implementation suggestion and necessary training files of the program. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for developing the practice training and planning the laboratory construction.
