摘要
采用静载荷法和低应变动测法对某一商品房工程的振动沉管灌注桩进行了测试，结果表明基桩存在质量问题，并根据测试结果将工程桩分成Ⅰ～Ⅳ类。然后对质量事故产生的原因进行了分析，并采取了加固措施，实践表明，效果良好。
Static load test and Low strain dynamic test is taken for vibration sinking pipe piles of a commercial housing project. The results showed piles of quality problems, according to test results we divided piles into Ⅰ- Ⅳ . Then analysis the causes of quality accident and take measures to reinforce it, practice shows that the results were very good.
