从智能建筑及绿色建筑的发展的几种提法谈起,提出了我国建筑的综合发展方向应为绿色智能建筑,作了探讨。同时对我国发展绿色智能建筑的特点、重点与难点进行了分析。最后,提出了几点关于我国发展绿色智能建筑的建议。

Based on several named means of the development of intelligent building and green building. As the development of China with the development of green intelligent building is discussed. At the same time, some aspects about intelligent and green building, such as character, emphases and difficulty, were analyzed. At last, some suggestions how to developing the green intelligent building were put forth.
