摘要
分析了X70管线钢的显微组织,主要以粒状贝氏体和贝氏体F为主,并有一定量的多边形铁素体和少量的珠光体,为典型的针状铁素体型管线钢组织,并具有良好的力学性能;MA岛及珠光体的数量会影响其强度及落锤试验等力学性能。
The microstructure of X70 pipeline steel is analysed, in which mainly includes granular bainite, bainitic ferrite and contains a certain number of polygonal ferrite and a small amount of pearlite. It is a typical microstructure of pipeline steel with acicular ferrite and has excellent mechanical properties. The number of MA islands and pearlite may influence the mechanical properties of its strength and DWTr.
