摘要
介绍了斯太尔重型CNG发动机电控单元的硬件设计、控制策略以及软件开发。给出该电控单元在发动机上的标定结果和发动机性能参数。试验结果表明,该电控单元可以实现发动机顺序点火、单点连续喷射燃料供给等控制功能,达到了开发目标。
The hardware design and the control strategy and software development of the electronic control unit (ECU) for CNG engine of Styer heavy-duty truck are presented. The result of ECU calibration on engine and the performance parameters of the engine are given. The test results show that the designed ECU can realize engine sequential ignition, single-point continuous fuel injection and other engine control functions, achieving the target of development.
