摘要
针对某重型载货汽车驾驶室底板发生开裂破坏的现象,建立了包含驾驶室柔性体的刚弹耦合动力学模型。由实测信号作为输入计算得到柔性体的应变-时间历程,进行驾驶室底板的疲劳寿命分析。在此基础上通过软件集成,以载荷幅值和材料特性为变量,用蒙特卡洛方法进行了疲劳寿命的敏感度分析,找到了影响较大的因素,为改进结构提供了依据。
For solving the problem of fatigue crack on the cab floor of a heavy duty truck, a rigid-elastic coupling dynamics model including a flexible cab is built. With measured signal as input, the strain-time history of flexible cab is calculated, based on which the fatigue life of cab floor is analyzed. Through software integration, a fatigue life sensitivity analysis is conducted using Monte Carlo method with load amplitude and material properties as random variables. The factor which has the most influence upon fatigue life is found, providing a guidance for structural modification.
