水貂犬瘟热Vero细胞活疫苗保存期试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 对-20℃保存90d、120d、150d、180d、210d、240d、300d的水貂犬瘟热Vero细胞活疫苗的病毒含量以及疫苗免疫试验进行测定。结果表明,保存180d的疫苗病毒含量基本保持不变,保存240d疫苗病毒含量有所下降;疫苗免疫240d中和抗体仍在临界保护值1:40以上,确定该疫苗在-20℃条件下保存期为180d。 The virus titer and antibody level of inoculated minks for mink canine distemper live vaccine of vero cell culture which were stored in the 90d.120d,150d,180d.210d,240d and 300d at -2022 were tested,the result showed the virus titer of the 180d were maintained and dropped slowly;the SN antibody titer was still above 1 : 40 after minks were inoculated for the 240d, so the storage period of mink canine distemper live vaccine of vero cell culture was the 180d at -20℃.
