摘要
为探索东北铁线莲最佳采收时期,采用HPLC法测定可用于东北铁线莲药材质量控制的三萜苷元齐墩果酸的含量。以此为指标,确定东北铁线莲最佳采收年度为生长第3～4年,最佳采收时期为8月下旬至9月中旬。
To explore the best harvest time of Clematis mandshurica Rupr. ,A HPLC method was established to determine oleanolic acid contents from Clematis rnandshurica Rupr. The best harvest time of Clematis rnandshurica Rupr. is between Aug 15 and Sep 15 of the 3-4 growth periods.
