摘要
目的建立救必应药材中具栖冬青苷含量的测定方法。方法用C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),以60%甲醇为流动相,检测波长213nm。结果平均回收率为99.44%(RSD=2.15%)。结论该方法简便、快速、结果准确,可用于救必应药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Pedanculosid in Ilex rotunda Thunb..Mothod HPLC method was carried on a column of C18 （4.6mm × 250mm）, with the mobile phase of MeOH：H20 （60：40）, and the detection wavelength of 213nm. Results The average recovery was 99.44%（RSD=2.15%）. Conclusion This method is successfully used to rapid assay Ilex rotunda Thunb. with simple and accurate,can be used for quality control.
