摘要
目的分析自身免疫性溶血性贫血(autoimmune hemolytic anemia,AIHA)患者的成分输血疗效。方法对17例AIHA患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果17例AIHA中直接抗人球蛋白试验(Coombs试验)阳性14例,合并间接抗人球试验阳性7例,阳性率82.4%,3例抗人球试验阴性。6例患者应用洗涤红细胞输注联合血浆置换治疗,5例患者症状缓解,有效率83.3%。结论洗涤红细胞输注合并血浆置换治疗AIHA的临床疗效显著。
Objective To observate the effect of component blood transfusion on autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Methods The clinical data of 17 patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia were analyzed. Results Fourteen patients were positive in direct Coombs test. The clinical symptoms were significantly ameliorated by plasma exchange and tansfusion of washing red cells. Conclusion The treatment of autoimmune hemolytic anemia with plasma exchange and tansfusion of washing red cells is effective.
