血浆置换在出凝血功能异常治疗中的临床应用

Clinical study on treatment of coagulation abnormality with plasma exchange

目的观察血浆置换治疗出凝血功能异常的临床疗效。方法血浆置换治疗7例出凝血功能异常患者,置换前后检查患者的出凝血功能、血小板计数。结果血浆置换治疗后,7例出凝血功能异常患者凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶时间明显缩短,血小板计数显著升高。结论血浆置换治疗出凝血功能异常的临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of plasma exchange（PE） in the treatment of coagulation abnormality. Methods Seven patients with coagulation abnormality were treated with plasma exchange. Results In 7patients, the clinical symptoms were significantly ameliorated after 3--4 times of PE treatment. Conclusion The plasma exchange is a reliable therapy of coagulation abnormality.
