History,Features,and Influence:on China's Employment of Experts from Soviet Union in Colleges and Universities in the 1950's

新中国成立后,在“学习苏联”的政策指导下,我国高等教育借鉴和学习苏联教育经验,聘请教育专家是向苏联学习的重要形式之一。从1949到1960年间,随着国民经济和高等教育的发展,我国聘请苏联教育专家经历了不同的发展阶段,并体现出了不同的特点。苏联专家活跃在教育部门和各高校,对当时新型教育制度的建立产生了深远影响。

After the founding of new China, guided by the policy of ＂learning from Soviet Union＂, the higher education in our country heavily borrowed models and experience from Soviet Union, employing experts from SovietUnion being one of them ost important ways. From 1949 to 1960, with the development of national economy and higher education, China went through several stages in employing Soviet Union experts, and each stage revealed different features. The ex- ports from Soviet Union were actively engaged in various educational departments and institutions for higher learning, deeply influencing the establishment of the new educational system then.
