摘要
分别用不同浓度的NaCl、Na2CO3以及二者的混合溶液处理玉米种子,模拟中性盐、酸性盐和混合盐碱对种子萌发及一些生理指标的影响.结果表明,用单纯盐、碱、混合盐碱溶液处理的玉米种子,对其萌发均有抑制作用,种子的发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数下降,根冠比降低,丙二醛含量升高,α-淀粉酶活性降低.危害程度随着处理浓度的增大而加剧.3种处理对种子萌发的抑制程度为Na2CO3>混合盐碱>NaCl.
The seeds of Zea mays L. were treated with solutions of various concentration of NaC1, Na2CO3 and a mixture of the two on simulated natural, alkali and complex saline -alkali stress. The results showed that all the treatments decline the germination percentage, germination index and vigor index. And what's more, the MDA content increased, the activity of the α - amylase decreased. With the increasing of the treatment concentration, the restrained degree was increasing obviously. The order of the restrained degree with the three treatments was Na2CO3 〉 complex saline - alkali 〉 NaCl .
