摘要 有机磷农药中毒的机制,主要是有机磷农药与乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)结合成中毒酶,AChE失去催化水解乙酰胆碱(Ach)的活性;导致胆碱能神经突触间隙ACh大量蓄积.大量ACh对受体的作用大大增强和延长,导致中枢和周围胆碱能神经系统功能紊乱;此外,农药也可直接作用于胆碱能受体.中毒酶形成后有3种去向. The mechanism of organphosphorus poison is primarily ACHE' s accumulation in synaptic cleft of cholinergic nerve, in the case of the deactivation of AChE which caused by the combination of AChE and organophosphorus poison. As the booming up and exten- sion of ACh's action to the receptor, the function of central cholinergic nerve system and peripheral cholinergic nerve system confused. Secondary is the direct effect to the cholinergic receptor by the organphosphorus poison, which can cause cholinergic crisis in the navigated organ of central cholinergic nerve system and peripheral cholinergic nerve system, such as respiratory failure and circulatory failure.
