摘要
某染料厂采用预处理—水解—A/O组合工艺处理染料废水。染料废水收集后,首先进行微电解、Fenton催化氧化、絮凝沉淀预处理,其出水和厂内生活污水在水解池内混合后,经A/O生化处理后排入园区污水管网,送至园区污水处理厂集中处理。运行结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,出水水质达到所在化工园区污水处理厂废水入水水质要求。废水处理工程总投资100万元,运行成本为10.6元/吨。
The assembled technics of pretreatment - hydrolyzation - A/O was applied for dye wastewater in a dye plant, When wastewater from dyestuff industry was collected, it was treated by micro - electrolysis first, then by pretreatment of Fenton oxidation - reduction and flocculation precipitation. After that, the effluent mixed with domestic sewage in hydrolyze cell, then was discharged to wastewater treatment for centralized processing through wastewater pipe network after biochemical treatment of A/O. The results indicated that the released water steadily met the acceptance request of sewage pipe network in chemical industry section which the dye plant located in. The total engineering invest was one million RMB and the operational cost was 10.6 RMB/t.
