摘要
目的探讨包裹聚氨酯的聚氨酯-BaFe12O19复合型磁性微粒栓塞材料作为一种新开发的具有潜在应用前景的新型血管内栓塞材料的血液相容性。方法对聚氨酯-BaFe12O19复合微粒材料进行一系列血液相容性实验,包括溶血实验、出血和凝血时间测定、凝血功能实验等。结果聚氨酯-BaFe12O19复合微粒材料对出血和凝血时间无显著性影响,不引起溶血和凝血功能的改变。结论聚氨酯-BaFe12O19复合型微粒栓塞材料具有良好的血液相容性。
Objective To investigate the blood compatibility of polyurethane-BaFe12O19 magnetic composite microsphere as a new material for endovascular embolization. Methods The blood compatibility of polyurethane-BaFe12O19 particle was evaluated by in vitrod hemolysis test performed in the blood of a voluntary blood donor, coagulation function test in Wistar rats, bleeding time and clotting time tests in Kunming mice. Results The composite material did not cause hemolysis or any changes of coagulation and exhibited no influence on bleeding time and clotting time. Conclusion The blood compatibility of polyurethane-BaFe12O19 megnetic composite material is up to the standardization.
