摘要
为了得到人参皂苷Rd,从西洋参中提取人参总皂苷,再分离得到人参二醇皂苷,其得率为6%.并采用硅胶柱层析法对人参二醇皂苷进行分离,从而得到较纯的人参皂苷Rd.结果表明,在硅胶柱分离中,从30 g二醇类皂苷分离得到含人参皂苷Rd的皂苷9.46 g,得率为32.5%,得到较纯人参皂苷Rd4.70 g,得率为15.6%.采用结晶的方法对1 g样品(硅胶柱分离后的较纯人参皂苷Rd)进行提纯,得到人参皂苷Rd 500 mg,得率为50%,其纯度为98%左右.
Protopanaxdiol was extracted from western ginseng saponins and the yield was 6%. When silica gel chromatograph was applied on separation, 9. 46 g ginsenoside Rd was obtained from 30 g western general ginseng saponins, the yield of which was 32.5%. A 4.70 g partially pure ginsenoside Rd was obtained together, the yield of which was 15.6%. We adopt the mothod of crystallization to epurate. A 1 g sample of ginsenoside Rd was then crystallized and get 500 mg pure ginsenoside Rd (the purity was 98%) was obtained, the yield of which was 50%.
